NO GYM NEEDED

You get new tasks daily in your personal account. These are various exercises with own weight (no special equipment required!) as well as nutrition guide and daily meals recommendations including the menu. You will have your personal total daily energy intake calculated within the system. You will get personal score as soon as you indicate your tasks fulfilled. There is a kick off task at the end of the week you can’t fail. Because if you do you quit the challenge. But if you are following the program during the week you will surely manage it. Morning Assignment
3 rounds, at the end of each round rest 1 minute:
- 15 squats
- 10 pushups
- 15 situps
- plank 40 seconds
Evening Assignment

Are you ready to show us what are you able to do? Here for you the last extraordinary exercise! you have to complete burpees in 1 minute. Ready? Go! But remember that this is a necessary exercise and that you have to sent a video-report with the link to your YouTube page. In the frame you need to put a A4 sheet of paper with the title of the program: Rock them all in one week! Through the result of this exercise we decide the winner of the challenge.

Natural yogurt without sugar (better if Greek yogurt) with cinnamon, sunflowers seeds, slices of banana. You can add cacao.

Second breakfast

Smoothie (orange, mango, ginger), with minced almonds.

WHEN DOES THE PROJECT START?

The game starts on 23 Aprile and will go on for 4 weeks.

IS IT POSSIBLE FOR PEOPLE WITH FULL-TIME JOB TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROJECT?

You can do it even if you have a job, studies, husband, three kids and a dog (you can look for books on time management on Amazon). This training doesn’t require any special equipment and can be done at home. Each training session takes from 30 to 40 minutes.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO DO THE WORKOUTS EVERY DAY?

The main rule of the game is to do the kick-off Saturday task. And you get points for every daily and extra tasks done, that might be helpful to go through the game. Anyway, the reason you came here was to gain beautiful body and healthy lifestyle, right? That’s why I recommend you to do all the tasks. Your body will be grateful!

HOW LONG ONE WORKOUT SESSION LASTS?

The average time of one training session from is 30 to 40 minutes.

UNTIL WHAT TIME I’M SUPPOSED TO SEND MY DAILY REPORTS?

Until midnight.

WHAT CAN BE THE REASONS TO BE KICKED OUT FROM THE PROJECT?

Incorrect behavior towards other participants or towards the organizers, non-complience with the rules of the project, failure of the kick-off task and falling into negative balans. You are a member of the Fatkiller Club as long as you have possitive balance.

IS IT NECESSARY TO SHOOT ALL THE WORKOUTS ON VIDEO?

Only control task should be shot on video.
