Here we are at the end of the second week, it is hard to believe! I have already lost about two kilograms and I am very happy with how it’s going!
The first week was tough for me, because the upper part of my body was training less. I have sore muscles from head to toe, but I do it well as it’s my duty!
I noticed that stretching helps me a lot! Before, I wasn’t used to it, but now I feel the differences! 100 burpees today were hard, but I’ve done it:) Regarding meal plan, I always try to follow your guide, however, the second dinner I just can not do it!

IS IT POSSIBLE FOR PEOPLE WITH
FULL-TIME JOB TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROJECT?
You can do it even if you have a job, studies, husband, three kids and a dog (you can look for books on time management on Amazon). This training doesn’t require any special equipment and can be done at home. Each training session takes from 30 to 40 minutes.
